The snow has melted here. When the warmth returns I'm making efforts to visit some of the graveyards along the Ontario State Parkway, and NY route 18 from Rochester, NY to Niagara. Will share with you whatever I find!!
Some may consider it morbid to look at grave stones, I find it fascinating!The old graves are the best. Often they offer a story about the person buried within. I wonder what the one's with the finger pointing upwards mean? Maybe going to Heaven? In TN where I lived for a time I loved the luminous crosses that shone at night. I always wanted to buy one and bring it back to Oz...yet time passed and I never got around to it.
